The excursions will be held on the afternoon of Thursday 20 September 2018. You will be able to select your excursion priorities during the registration, but they are all space limited, so we cannot guarantee your first choice. Note that the conference dinner will be held in Haikko Manor Thursday evening, so all excursions will end there.
Option 1 – Malmgård Brewery
14.00 Bus + English speaking guide will pick up the group from the Art Factory. Departure to Malmgård.
14.30 Arrival to Malmgård. Guided tour by the Earl of the Manor house. Tour in the brewery and beer/cider tasting. Time for shopping local products.
16.30 Departure from Malmgård to Porvoo.
17.00 Arrival to Art Factory (guided services end here).
17.15 Arrival to Haikko Manor.
Option 2 – Old town tour and coffee tasting
14.00 Bus + English speaking guide will pick up the group from the Art Factory. Guided bus tour in Porvoo, and after that a guided walking tour in Old town.
15.30 Porvoo Roastery coffee tasting (incl. tasting of 3 coffees, history of coffee, and a small bag of coffee for each participant).
16.30 Guide will escort the group to the bus (guided services end here). Departure to Art Factory (and to Haikko Manor if necessary).
Option 3 – Sea cruise
14.00 English speaking guide will meet the group by the Art Factory and walk with the group to the harbour.
14:15 Departure to a cruise in the archipelago on m/s Sandra ship. Coffee and berry pie on board.
16:30 The cruise ends by the pier of Haikko Manor. Guided services end here.
